As a Social Media Manager your objective is to strategically execute industry-leading social content. From managing our organic content plans, copywriting, community management, reactive content management, to turning an influencer strategy into reality.
Job Responsibility:
Creating standout lo-fi, social-first content by conceptualising, planning, shooting and editing directly on your phone
Staying plugged into culture and community by spotting trends and scaling insights
Crafting clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and community management
Connecting brands with their communities through meaningful community management
Analysing content and channel performance and using insights to guide recommendations
Owning the delivery of monthly and quarterly reports
Building trusted, collaborative relationships with clients
Overseeing day-to-day social channel management
Developing and maintaining comprehensive monthly and quarterly content calendars
Staying up-to-date with social platform updates, emerging formats, and best practices
Requirements:
Sophisticated understanding of social platforms and ability to advise on content sharing
Live and breathe content and driven by a desire to create
Creative thinker & writer able to work independently and collaboratively on ideation
Love brands and social media and fascinated by how brands market themselves
Naturally curious about developments of the digital world and excited by its potential
