As our Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the evolution of Mollie’s global organic social presence. This isn’t just about posting content - it’s about shaping the brand’s voice, defining strategy, and building meaningful communities on LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, X and YouTube. You’ll take full ownership of our channels, create compelling narratives, and foster engagement that turns followers into advocates, helping Mollie stand out as a brand people genuinely care about. Working within our Performance Marketing team, you’ll bridge the gap between brand, product, and business goals. You’ll turn big-picture strategy into bold, high-impact executions that make our organic channels more than just noise - they’ll build engaged audiences, amplify our brand, and fuel measurable growth over time.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and lead a data-driven, scalable organic social strategy that amplifies our brand and supports global product goals
Build and manage a high-impact content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube to drive consistent engagement and community growth
Lead end-to-end social activations for product launches, market expansions, and brand campaigns
Establish and optimize efficient social processes and best practices across our global and local teams
Deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations to scale our social impact
Test and identify new social formats and growth opportunities to keep Mollie ahead of the curve
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience managing organic social channels like LinkedIn, Meta, X, Reddit and YouTube with a focus on strategy and community engagement
Proven ability to manage projects from kick-off to delivery, including handling timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting
A creative mindset with a strong vision for building narratives and creating content that resonates with a professional audience
Ability to translate complex materials into digestible social media content
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like PR, Developer Relations, Design, Product Marketing, and Content to deliver cohesive brand narratives
Proficient in engaging with senior stakeholders, including the management team
Solid reporting capabilities, using data to show what’s working and where we need to pivot
