A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead strategy and execution across a growing portfolio of clients in branding, FMCG, food & drink, non-profit, and environmental sectors. You’ll own the full social offering across multiple clients, spanning organic social strategy, content creation, community engagement, and campaign optimisation. Working in a collaborative, creative, and mission-driven environment, you’ll play a key role in elevating brand visibility, growing the agencies social media division, and delivering measurable business results.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end social media strategy and execution for multiple client accounts
Manage organic social campaigns, including performance tracking and optimisation
Oversee content creation and create content, ensuring high-quality, engaging output
Attend client meetings, present campaigns, and lead projects as needed
Manage freelancers and part-time team members supporting performance and organic social
Collaborate with internal teams and sub-studios
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in social media management
Strong understanding of organic and paid social best practice
Hands-on experience with content creation, execution, and campaign delivery
Strong understanding of social analytics and reporting, with ability to optimise campaigns based on data
Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills
