Robert Half is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead strategy, execution, and optimization across major paid social platforms. This role blends performance marketing expertise with hands-on content creation—especially video—to drive measurable growth and engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok
  • Develop data-driven strategies to increase growth, engagement, and conversions
  • Create and oversee high-performing content, including both short-form and long-form video
  • Partner with creative and marketing teams to produce compelling ad assets
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights, trends, and KPIs
  • Manage budgets, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of experience in paid social media marketing
  • Proven success managing and scaling paid social campaigns
  • Strong video production and content creation skills
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and platform ad managers
