Job Description

We are looking for someone immersed in the world of TikTok. You live and breathe the platform, know what resonates with different audiences and can ideate, produce and edit content that has as broad a reach and impact as possible. You know how and why audiences interact with vertical video, understand what success on platforms looks like and how to replicate that success. You’ll be at home talking to fans, like a fan – cultivating communities on behalf of our clients. You are comfortable working alongside a team of social media experts, crafting the perfect posts that will excite and delight across our clients’ channels, for some of the most recognizable sports rightsholders in the world.

Job Responsibility

  • A TikTok native who understands the platform, its trends and engagement intimately
  • Able to advise Leads and Clients on best practice, comfortable mapping out high-level platform strategies
  • Concepting, editing, and producing cutting-edge content for vertical-first social output
  • Maximizing live broadcasts to ensure the very best content is presented on social in a dynamic, creative, and engaging way
  • Comfortable working with a range of content types, from utilizing real-time highlights and breathing new life into existing archive footage, to maximizing on-site event coverage and working with Creators, influencers, fans and athletes
  • Generating compelling ideas that drive views and engagement on our clients' channels
  • Fully versed in the cultural spaces of sport and how that translates into great content
  • Excellent knowledge of the vertical video space across platforms, especially YouTube Shorts and IG Reels
  • Serving as an internal expert, advising and developing alongside social media and creative teams to generate unrivalled vertical video content and strategies
  • Adapting to various channels with distinct tones of voice

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of creating vertical-first videos, ideally for a sports team or publisher or college
  • In-app video editing capabilities with Capcut, Slate and other relevant apps as well as proficiency in Premiere Pro
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sports, particularly the top global soccer leagues
  • Ability to work under tight and, owing to the nature of live sport, fluctuating deadlines
  • A proactive attitude, coupled with a desire to consistently improve the accounts you help manage
  • Flexibility to work around the sports schedule including evenings and weekends
