Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage the social media editorial calendar for @fsmilan and @zelomilano, aligning with brand identity, marketing campaigns, and key moments in the city
Support @fsvenice in its social media relaunch and opening-year campaigns, ensuring a smooth transition from @hoteldanieli and alignment with Four Seasons brand standards, while driving creative excellence and engagement
Oversee content publishing across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, and potentially TikTok), optimizing timing, format, and trends
Create original content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories) as a content creator, organizing and producing social shootings independently or by coordinating professionals, models, and extras when needed
Supervise and coordinate larger-scale social-first productions, collaborating with photographers, videographers, or external agencies
Handle copywriting and content editing, crafting catchy, engaging, and SEO-optimized captions that reflect the brand’s tone of voice and drive engagement
Manage the communities: engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and drive authentic interaction
Track and analyze performance through regular reporting, using tools such as Sprout Social and native platform insights to optimize strategy and content
Lead influencer and creator collaborations
Stay ahead of social trends, cultural moments, and algorithm updates, proactively suggesting creative ideas and new content formats
Support the potential launch and management of new social channels (e.g., TikTok), contributing to strategy and creative direction
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or food & beverage
You’re a natural content creator, confident behind and in front of the camera, with a strong eye for composition, light, rhythm, and digital storytelling
You have a deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and their algorithms
You’re experienced with social management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Traackr)
You have copywriting skills and the ability to write captivating, brand-aligned, and SEO-driven captions in both English and Italian
You’re organized yet flexible, results-oriented, and a creative problem solver
You’re collaborative but able to work independently
