Our client is one of the UK's leading online poker platforms. We are helping recruit a Social Media Manager — Influencer, Community & Content (Poker) to lead the UK influencer, community and content strategy from London with hybrid working. There is one vacancy to fill. In this role, you will connect our client's brand to the UK poker scene online and in real life, building hyper-local influencer partnerships and bringing live event moments to life on social. This role is local only and London-based, with hybrid arrangements. You will join a team that values creativity, hands-on collaboration, and authentic poker culture. You can expect exposure to live events, a dynamic community, and a supportive environment as you help shape the UK poker social presence for our client.

Requirements

  • Lead and deliver a hyper-local influencer strategy across the UK poker community
  • Identify, recruit and manage relationships with poker players, creators, streamers, community leaders, and micro-influencers
  • Build a scalable approach to influencer tiers (ambassadors, creators, affiliates, event partners, etc.)
  • Develop creator briefs that feel authentic to poker culture (not overly corporate)
  • Own influencer performance reporting and continually refine the approach based on results
  • Create and execute the UK social strategy across relevant platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Discord/ Communities as needed)
  • Own the social approach for live poker events, including pre-event hype, on-the-ground coverage, and post-event storytelling
  • Lead the creation of social-first content for poker audiences—short-form video, player interviews, behind-the-scenes content, community stories, creator-led formats, live event recaps
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community interaction across channels
  • respond to comments in a human, credible, poker-native way
  • Attend UK poker events regularly (including some evenings or weekends)

  • Work remotely while travelling and stay highly organised in managing output on the move
