Turn Content into Influence: Join Us as Social Media Lead! You’ll have the opportunity to lead and shape the social voice of a fast-growing brand in Brazil, working with global teams while owning local strategy, trends, and content. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets performance, offering real autonomy, visibility, and the chance to turn ideas into impact in a dynamic, regulated market. You will lead the planning and execution of social-first content and campaigns for the Brazilian market, transforming global strategies into locally relevant, high-impact storytelling. Working closely with creative, marketing, and global teams, you’ll ensure our social channels stay culturally relevant, compliant, performance-driven, and consistently on brand.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, create, and oversee high-quality social media content (videos, images, reels, and other formats) that aligns with brand’s identity
Collaborate with internal creative teams to conceptualize and produce engaging social-first content
Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive engagement, reach, brand awareness and conversions
Work closely with global and regional teams to tailor content for the Brazilian Market
Understanding the local market and regulations to ensure all content has the correct disclaimers etc
Understanding local trends, influencers and content to localise Stakes global content for the Brazilian market
Assist in scheduling and posting content across social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, X (and more)
Follow the social media calendar to ensure all posts are timely and aligned with campaign objectives
Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure smooth content rollout and maintain consistency across platforms
Check DMs and comments, moderate them, route internally when needed, and ensure users receive timely responses
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, identifying new opportunities to keep the Stake Brazil relevant and engaging
Conduct competitor monitoring to inform content planning and engagement strategies, providing insights to the Social Media Manager for potential adjustments
Identify and flag potential trends, providing feedback to the Social Media Manager as needed
Track and report on social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) to assess content effectiveness and guide future strategies
Support the Social Media Manager by providing insights on engagement trends and content performance for ongoing optimisation
Work closely with content creators and graphic designers to ensure planned content is prepared, on-brand, and ready for publication
Collaborate with other marketing team members and other business functions to ensure alignment between social media, content and broader company initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Advanced/Fluent English mandatory, with daily interaction with global teams
Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of social media management tools
Eagerness to learn and adapt to social media trends and best practices
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and team collaboration skills
Experience in social media planning, scheduling, or management a plus
Nice to have:
Background working in global or multicultural organizations
Experience in iGaming, sports betting, sports, or fintech
Speak Spanish
Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
