The Social team is responsible for telling Uber’s story in an engaging, inspiring, and humanizing way across global channels. We are looking for a Social Media Senior Associate to lead organic social content creation and handle management for Uber in Poland. This is an incredible opportunity to work closely with Uber’s EMEA and global social teams, as well as our local Comms, Marketing, and Ops teams, to invigorate and grow our local presence. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic social plans across both Uber and Uber Eats in Poland.
Job Responsibility:
Manage Local Channels: Own the day-to-day management of Uber’s Polish social media accounts
Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and create original content (video, graphics, captions) for posts on local channels
Strategic Planning: Craft clear and compelling social plans for both timely and evergreen initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Comms, Marketing, Ops, and Legal to bring new products, partnerships, and brand campaigns to life
Community & Culture: Engage with our community on owned channels and during key cultural moments
Data & Analytics: Collect and analyze relevant data to inform smart content choices
Requirements:
6+ years of proven experience in social media content creation and execution
Fluency in speaking and writing in Polish and English
Outstanding video shooting and editing skills with an eye for graphic design
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or Photoshop
A deep understanding of major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X) and their respective audiences, features, and best practices
An excellent writer who can craft clear, concise, and snappy copy, distilling complex announcements into simple, engaging content
Nice to have:
6 years of proven Social Media experience, including Influencer, creator, and talent management experience
Background in entertainment content creation or editorial planning
Experience with social listening and publishing tools like Sprinklr and BrandWatch
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, globally-led collaborative organization
A creative strategist who can spot trends quickly and leverage data-driven insights to craft impactful content
A go-getter who looks forward to rolling up their sleeves, building things from the bottom up, and excels in a fast-paced environment
