We are seeking a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead content strategy, execution, and performance across all major social platforms. This role will focus on building brand awareness, driving engagement, and managing influencer partnerships to support broader marketing objectives.
Job Responsibility
Own and execute social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including short-form video, graphics, and written posts
Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across channels
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including sourcing partners, managing relationships, and tracking performance
Monitor social trends, platform updates, and audience insights to inform content strategy
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and external partners to align campaigns and initiatives
Manage community engagement, including comments, messages, and brand interactions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing
Hands-on experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms
Proven experience with influencer marketing, including campaign execution and performance tracking
Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversions, growth)
Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
