As part of the Global Marketing team, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager and contribute to the rollout of Voyage Privé’s new brand platform. You will play an active role in strengthening our social presence, engaging our community, and bringing our brand story to life across key social platforms. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills, take ownership of projects, and make a real impact within a dynamic and creative team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing and animating our French social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Threads)
  • Creating engaging video and static content: ideation, copywriting, production, and editing
  • Developing posts and campaigns in collaboration with Tourism Boards
  • Engaging and growing the community through events, contests, and other activation levers
  • Moderating comments to ensure a respectful, positive, and on-brand online environment
  • Monitoring social media trends and current events to identify newsjacking opportunities
  • Supporting and backing up Voyage Privé International teams (training, access management, content centralization, briefing, and sharing best practices)
  • Managing the content library and sourcing UGC profiles and content
  • Assisting the Influence Associate with the day-to-day management of influencer programs
  • Launching and managing Social Ads and Influence campaigns
  • Tracking performance, analyzing results, and contributing to social and influence reporting

Requirements:

  • Looking for apprenticeship as part of studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s level – Bac +3 to Bac +5)
  • Fluent in the language of social media
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices and trends
  • Comfortable using basic creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, video editing software, as well as Excel and English
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar in French
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, creative, and energetic
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment

This may include orientation to the post, review of post orders, routine responsibilities, and how to respond to emergency situations or specific client needs
  • Oversees all reports, logs and pass downs generated by and for the Security Department. Distributes communications and other information to Security Professionals at post as directed
