Job Description:

Efficientivity is looking for a proactive Social Media & Growth Specialist who knows how to turn content into conversations and conversations into customers. You’ll play a key role in our digital presence, helping connect with prospects and contributing to brand awareness and business growth. This position begins with a strong focus on LinkedIn and will expand to other platforms as we grow. If you understand how social media drives business development, enjoy sparking engagement, and thrive on measurable impact, we’d love to hear from you. The role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person events and team meetups.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn-first strategies to increase brand visibility, grow our follower base, boost engagement, and generate qualified leads
  • Create content that speaks to business leaders (posts, articles, videos, and more) across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and influencers to build relationships and open sales conversations
  • Monitor trends and optimize content for reach, relevance, and conversion
  • Launch and manage paid campaigns to attract qualified leads and drive business inquiries
  • Track performance metrics (including follower growth) and refine strategies based on data and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with Efficientivity’s consulting and digital offerings

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing LinkedIn and other platforms for B2B growth
  • Strong grasp of LinkedIn’s ecosystem, including organic and paid strategies
