Job Description

We are hiring a Social Media Growth Lead who will directly own the creative and social growth. This role combines content strategy and production, as well as execution – owning the end-to-end flow from creative content production to performance optimization. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and posting high-quality content while leveraging others to showcase our brand and products.

Job Responsibility

  • Directly manage our social media accounts
  • Manage our Affiliate program
  • Be the Lead Producer of ad content alongside creative partners, influencers, etc
  • Develop a high-volume ad creative pipeline with 100+ new ad creatives per week
  • Generate UGC videos and Statics/graphics
  • Drive a test-and-learn culture, continuously testing creatives, hooks, message, conversion, and offers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and affiliate marketing
  • Proven track record of scaling an e-commerce business through partnerships and content-driven growth
  • Deep expertise with Meta, affiliate, and influencer platforms
  • Strong analytical skills
  • fluent in metrics like CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV
  • Hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
  • able to work cross-functionally with product, ops, and creative teams
