Job Description:

Are you looking to make the next step in your social career? Would you like to work in the hospitality sector and work for one of the UK biggest hospitality providers? Are you able build, drive and execute social media tactical plans and strategy? My client is looking for a Social Media Executive to join their growing social team. My client has been successfully trading in the UK since 18th Century and well known all around the UK. The role will be reporting into a Social Media Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with content and channel owners, especially digital teams, and consumer PR, to ensure brand content is amplified across clients’ channels
Build strong relationships with the required business unit marketing teams to understand their goals, objectives, and marketing plans
Own the social media content plan for the specified brand(s) ensuring content is planned in advance and pushes forward our strategy
Creating social media content that builds our brand, engages their fan base and is creative, engaging, entertaining and supports the brand proposition

Requirements:

An excellent understanding of how social media is used for marketing purpose
an understanding of how to build audiences
1-2 years’ experience in building social media communities
general marketing experience
ability to multi-task and to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
