Play a key role in creating content that genuinely engages followers and brings new customers into the AO world. Plan, create and deliver standout content that builds brand love and keeps people talking.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Social Media Manager in planning and delivering content across all owned social channels
Shoot and create platform-native video content for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts at pace
Lead creative execution day to day across formats, hooks, trends and storytelling styles
Ensure regular, high-quality content is scheduled and published across all channels
Proactively pitch new formats, trends and ideas to keep content fresh and culturally relevant
Use social listening and trend research to spot opportunities and insert AO into relevant conversations
Take a test and learn approach to formats, performance and creative optimisation
Work with influencers and creators to adapt and repurpose content for brand channels
Support ideation and delivery of campaigns across channels with strong creative
Input into weekly and monthly reporting with a focus on what creative is working and why
Requirements:
Experience working in a social media role
Solid understanding of channels, trends and audiences
Creativity and initiative
Ability to build great relationships across the business and with external partners
Ability to balance speed and quality
Positivity and energy
Comfortable on camera and recording voiceovers
