Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our brand’s presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing marketing strategies to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, and video) for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to improve engagement
  • Manage daily posts, stories, and interactions to increase brand visibility
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution
  • Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Run paid social media campaigns and track ad performance
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to suggest innovative strategies
  • Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus
