We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team at MaRS BIM Solutions. As a leading BIM Services provider, we are dedicated to transforming the construction industry through innovative Building Information Modeling solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and driving engagement across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Tailor content and campaigns to each platform’s audience and requirements
Craft compelling text for posts across all platforms, maintaining consistency with brand messaging
Generate visually appealing assets, including images, videos, and documents (PPT/PDF), to effectively showcase our BIM expertise
Respond to comments, messages, and interactions, fostering positive relationships with our audience
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for all social media channels
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization
Ensure a cohesive and synchronized approach to social media campaigns across all platforms

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, with expertise in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter marketing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Familiarity with social media analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in graphic design tools and video editing software
