We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to support our digital team in the planning, creation, and execution of online content. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment, focus on padel.
Job Responsibility
Support the day-to-day management of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring alignment with the global brand strategy
Community management: actively monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner to foster engagement and strengthen the relationship with the audience
Assist in the planning and execution of the editorial calendar, contributing content ideas aligned with campaigns, trends, and business goals
Write and adapt copy for different platforms, maintaining a consistent tone of voice
Design basic visual assets (posts, stories, carousels) using tools such as Canva or Photoshop
Adapt creative assets to different formats and platforms (vertical, horizontal, varying durations), optimizing content performance per channel
Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), including subtitles, music, and basic effects, especially using CapCut
Monitor social media trends (formats, sounds, challenges) and propose relevant content ideas
Support content scheduling and publishing using social media management tools
Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, interactions) and assist in reporting
Coordinate with international social media agencies, ensuring proper execution of campaigns and brand guidelines across different markets
Assist in the local adaptation of content (language, cultural nuances, local trends)
Maintain ongoing communication with external partners in a multicultural environment
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field
Knowledge of social media platforms and their management including social media metrics
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
Basic video editing skills, particularly with CapCut
Strong writing and communication skills in an international environment
