The Social Media & Digital Content Creator will develop, design, produce, schedule, and publish digital content supporting the company's day-to-day marketing plan, with primary focus on social media, distributor e-newsletters, product/how-to video content, and light website/CMS content updates. The role is primarily hands-on and implementation-focused, with collaborative input into content planning and strategy.
Job Responsibility
Develop, design, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with emphasis on product education, distributor support, contractor-facing awareness, and engagement with existing audiences
Create and edit product videos, how-to content, training clips, and short-form social/email/event content that demonstrates product use and supports distributor and contractor education
Create packaging for new products, update packaging for existing products
Create, write, design/build, QA, and send monthly distributor e-newsletters through Mailchimp, collaborating with freelance content creators and internal stakeholders as needed

Create event and sales-support collateral, including Demo Days, distributor Customer Appreciation events, and related promotional materials
Maintain and update the company's Resource Center/SharePoint site with approved content and marketing resources
Make occasional front-end content updates in the website/CMS, including typo fixes, posted content, and basic product/content updates. No coding, back-end development, or website development is required
Support seasonal promotions, events, and tradeshows by creating or adapting digital content, flyers, social posts, email content, and other marketing assets
