Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • High analytical thinking ability and result-oriented working approach
  • Able to adapt to a high-paced working environment and flexible working hours
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage complaints and crises on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools
  • Customer-oriented with effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
