Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
High analytical thinking ability and result-oriented working approach
Able to adapt to a high-paced working environment and flexible working hours
Proficient in using MS Office programs
Experience in the telecommunications sector or customer service is preferred
Ability to effectively manage complaints and crises on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Familiarity with social media analytics tools
Customer-oriented with effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and respond to difficult customer feedback with a solution-focused approach
Ability to take quick and accurate actions during crises
Capable of tracking, analyzing, and reporting complaints
Collaborative and able to work well in a team environment
Ability to coordinate with other departments to support resolution processes
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Keeping up with ever-changing social media trends and integrating them into strategies
Ability to maintain brand tone and image while responding to customer complaints, with a flair for creating engaging content
Capable of analyzing complaint volume and customer satisfaction KPIs and providing regular reports
Contributing to process improvements with a data-driven approach
