Job Description

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Social Media Customer Care Agent to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for communicating with guests via a variety of social media platforms and acting as a representative of the company. This position is remote but will require some travel to the Buffalo corporate office.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor social media channels and respond quickly and professionally to engagements on Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms
  • Act as a brand ambassador and provide consistent service to guests
  • Escalate guest dissatisfaction to the appropriate department
  • Attend and actively participate in department meetings
  • Follow social media protocol and adhere to guidelines

Requirements

  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience, including written forms of customer service
  • Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, sentence structure, and spelling
  • Experience using various social media platforms
  • Computer-literate with strong typing skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Positive attitude with proven ability to work well in teams

  • Ensure that each appointment is scheduled correctly and in harmony with provider's preference
  • Perform new patient pre-registration
  • Positively verifies/updates patient identity, demographics, insurance and all other data as required
  • Verifies insurance eligibility
  • Obtain complete and accurate clinical and financial information during the scheduling process
  • Obtain copy of insurance card, photo ID... etc. to be stored in Electronic Medical Record
