Delaware North is hiring a full-time Social Media Customer Care Agent to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for communicating with guests via a variety of social media platforms and acting as a representative of the company. This position is remote but will require some travel to the Buffalo corporate office.
Job Responsibility
Monitor social media channels and respond quickly and professionally to engagements on Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms
Act as a brand ambassador and provide consistent service to guests
Escalate guest dissatisfaction to the appropriate department
Attend and actively participate in department meetings
Follow social media protocol and adhere to guidelines
Requirements
No high school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience, including written forms of customer service
Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, sentence structure, and spelling
Experience using various social media platforms
Computer-literate with strong typing skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly
Positive attitude with proven ability to work well in teams
