Insight Creative, Inc. is seeking a motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will support our diverse client base by executing social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing platforms, and delivering analytical insights. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience, a degree in a relevant field, and a strong sense of branding and digital marketing. This is an in-office position located in Green Bay, WI.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute social media strategies and recommendations for clients across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and more
Brainstorm short, medium, and long-term content ideas for both Insight Creative and our clients
Build and schedule monthly calendars for various clients, coordinating posting schedules across platforms
Manage daily monitoring and engagement on client social account: respond to comments/messages, moderate conversations, and maintain brand voice
Gather, interpret, and report analytics (monthly/quarterly) to clients, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
Occasionally, communicate with the client directly and visit their location(s) to capture new content or post live from events
Attend client meetings
research clients’ products/services, and industries to produce fresh, audience-targeted content
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithm updates, emerging channels (e.g., TikTok, Reels), and recommend opportunities for clients
Collaborate with the copywriting and graphic design teams to develop creative social concepts that align with overall marketing, website, digital advertising, print, and other promotions
Design social media graphics as needed, following current trends and the client’s brand standards
Review and proofread captions and visual content for grammar, accuracy, and brand alignment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and close attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and as part of a team
Experience with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X), and with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to help clients improve their social media presence
Ability to work in person at our Green Bay office
Nice to have:
Familiarity with video editing tools and Reels/TikTok content creation
