Our partner is a fast-growing, innovative B2B software company operating at the intersection of AI and digital strategy. Headquartered in the Netherlands with a strong international presence, they are now expanding their reach into global markets, including the US. Driven by startup energy and free from corporate bureaucracy, they are looking for a key team member to shape and direct their brand's voice. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Social Media & Content Specialist to take full ownership of our partner's social media and content strategy, with a primary focus on the Dutch market. In this role, you won't just execute tasks, but rather act as the conductor, determining what is said, in what tone, and across which channels. As a keystone hire, you will work directly with the founders and have the unique opportunity to scale your role into an all-round marketing position (covering SEO, GEO, video, and campaigns) as the company grows.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the Social Media Presence: Lead the strategy and execution across platforms, with LinkedIn at the forefront (posts, replies, community management), supplemented by Meta and other high-performing channels
  • Direct Content Creation: Maximize impact by leveraging advanced AI agents to streamline writing, while maintaining total control over the strategic line, angle, and quality
  • Engage & Build Community: Move beyond traditional broadcasting by actively driving conversations, managing comments, DMs, and threads
  • Drive All-Round Marketing Growth: Gradually expand your scope into broader marketing domains, including SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), video production, and performance campaigns

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and growing professional channels, with a deep understanding of what resonates on LinkedIn and Meta
  • Exceptional Writing & Copyediting Skills: A sharp eye for high-quality content and the ability to turn complex concepts into engaging narratives
  • Native-level Dutch is mandatory, combined with professional fluency in English to operate within an international context
  • Highly eager to learn all facets of modern marketing and comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Comfortable utilizing AI tools as an accelerator to optimize workflows
  • A background or knowledge in B2B software, SaaS, or digital agencies is considered a strong plus
