Job Responsibility

  • Develops and implements the Owned Social Media strategy across relevant platforms
  • Orchestrates social moments, working in close collaboration Integrated Media Leaders and agency partners to deliver campaigns
  • Drives User Generated Content impact by curating and amplifying authentic user content
  • Leads creator collaborations through identifying, briefing, and managing co-creators and influencers
  • Strengthens brand love through active engagement, dialogue, and responsive social care with Community managers
  • Measures and optimises content performance through tracking content and creator impact

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in social media, within an agency or brand marketing team
  • Proven track record of creating, managing, and optimising social media strategies and content across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated success in building engaged communities and driving measurable results
  • Understanding of how to curate, amplify, and leverage authentic user-generated content
  • Experience identifying, briefing, and managing relationships with co-creators and influencers
  • Ability to deliver culturally relevant social campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Skill with strengthening brand love through active engagement, dialogue, and responsive social care
  • Eye for detail and a strong sense of analysing data to track content and creator impact
  • Required to obtain a national police check if successful
