Job Responsibility:
Develops and implements the Owned Social Media strategy across relevant platforms
Orchestrates social moments, working in close collaboration Integrated Media Leaders and agency partners to deliver campaigns
Drives User Generated Content impact by curating and amplifying authentic user content
Leads creator collaborations through identifying, briefing, and managing co-creators and influencers
Strengthens brand love through active engagement, dialogue, and responsive social care with Community managers
Measures and optimises content performance through tracking content and creator impact
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of related experience in social media, within an agency or brand marketing team
Proven track record of creating, managing, and optimising social media strategies and content across multiple platforms
Demonstrated success in building engaged communities and driving measurable results
Understanding of how to curate, amplify, and leverage authentic user-generated content
Experience identifying, briefing, and managing relationships with co-creators and influencers
Ability to deliver culturally relevant social campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Skill with strengthening brand love through active engagement, dialogue, and responsive social care
Eye for detail and a strong sense of analysing data to track content and creator impact
Required to obtain a national police check if successful
