Job Description

We are seeking an organised and forward thinking creative to join our team! As the Social Media & Content Creator, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing our social accounts. You will need knowledge of the beauty industry, preferably nails but don’t let this limit you as a passion for beauty is utmost important. If you are highly motivated, strong eye for aesthetics, and love working within a team then we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and voice across platforms
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting and scheduling of social media content
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Create, plan and schedule content across all platforms
  • Write compelling and engaging captions and copy that align with the brand’s voice
  • Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content strategies
  • Edit visuals using photo and video editing software to enhance quality and maintain brand consistency
  • Creating visually captivating email marketing campaigns (EDMs) that resonate with our target audience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and social media content creation, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Instagram and Tiktok
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing content
  • Knowledge of current trends in social media, digital marketing, and influencer marketing
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creativity, innovation, and a passion for the beauty industry
