We’re looking for a hands‑on Social Media Content Creator who can plan, produce, and publish daily content across our social channels—owning the full process from concept → copy → design/motion → publish → measure. You’ll run campaigns end‑to‑end, create graphics and short‑form video, and optimize performance in a fast‑moving, brand‑led environment.
Job Responsibility:
Plan & Run Campaigns: Build monthly/weekly content calendars, align themes with launches, promos, and brand moments
schedule, publish, and monitor posts across core platforms
Create Assets: Design on‑brand graphics, carousels, stories, Reels/TikToks, short‑form videos, GIFs, and simple motion (e.g., text animations, lower thirds, transitions)
Write & Edit Copy: Draft captions, hooks, CTAs, and hashtags
tailor tone by platform (LinkedIn vs. TikTok, etc.)
ensure brand voice and accuracy
Community Management: Engage daily (comments/DMs), escalate CX issues, and maintain healthy brand conversations
Measure & Optimize: Track KPIs (reach, engagement rate, CTR, saves, video retention), build weekly reports, and iterate using insights (creative, timing, audience)
Paid Support (nice to have): Launch/traffic boosted posts and light paid social variants
partner with growth/ads team on creative testing
Cross‑Functional Collab: Partner with Email/CRM on social‑to‑email handoffs and UTM consistency
align with Web/Design/Product on creative specs and brand consistency
Asset Management: Maintain organized files, templates, and naming conventions
ensure version control and rights/usage tracking
Compliance & Accessibility: Follow brand/visual standards, basic accessibility (alt text, captions), and legal/usage guidelines (music, UGC permissions)
Requirements:
2–5+ years in social content creation for a brand, agency, or publisher (portfolio required)
Proven ability to own campaigns end‑to‑end—from creative concepting through design, editing, posting, and performance optimization
Design & Motion Skills: Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) plus basic motion (Premiere Pro/After Effects or CapCut)
Short‑Form Video: Comfortable filming/editing for TikTok/Reels/Shorts
strong eye for hooks, pacing, and retention
Copywriting: Platform‑savvy, concise writing with clear CTAs
understanding of brand voice and storytelling
Analytics: Working knowledge of native analytics, UTM basics, and reporting
familiarity with GA4 is a plus
Tools: Experience with social schedulers (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
basic Figma skills a plus
Organization & Speed: Detail‑oriented file management, able to turn content quickly while meeting deadlines
Collaboration: Comfortable working cross‑functionally (Design, Growth, CRM, Web, Product) and taking feedback
Nice to have:
Experience supporting paid social creative variants (A/B, thumbnails, hooks)
