Develop, produce, and schedule compelling content for our diverse social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Create and edit short-form video content specifically designed to go viral, driving brand awareness and generating quality leads
Proactively identify, engage, and manage collaborations with key influencers to broaden our brand's reach and enhance brand messaging
Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media accounts, which includes developing a content calendar, crafting engaging captions, optimising hashtags, analysing performance metrics, and fostering community engagement
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative
Effectively prioritise and schedule content creation tasks, managing multiple projects concurrently to meet deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, SHE and Peer marketers across Asia) to coordinate campaign creation, share insights and align content with broader marketing strategies
Exhibit strong project management skills to ensure content production remains on track and achieves established objectives
Create persuasive, compelling content for email landing pages as part of nurture journeys to enhance customer engagement
Leverage customer segmentation and buyer personas to craft personalized email content that drives conversions and aligns with customer journeys
Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Proficiency in video creation/editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Video shooting
Mandatory to be native or fluent English speaker
Experience with basic website management (WordPress, Magnolia or similar platforms) and SEO knowledge preferred
Creative mindset with the ability to turn technical/industrial work into engaging content
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)
Proven experience in digital content writing, with a strong portfolio of blog articles and web content
A portfolio that showcases your talent
Nice to have:
Experience with basic website management (WordPress, Magnolia or similar platforms) and SEO knowledge preferred
