We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Community & Content Specialist to manage day-to-day engagement and support content execution across key social platforms. This role focuses on real-time community management, short-form copywriting, and content publishing, while helping translate engagement insights into actionable recommendations.
Job Responsibility
Write and publish engaging, on-brand copy for social posts, captions, and responses across platforms
Manage comment threads, direct messages, and community interactions using social management tools (e.g., Sprout)
Monitor conversations and identify escalation risks, including potential crisis management situations
Support content publishing workflows, including scheduling and posting organic content
Assist in creating short-form copy for social, comments, and reactive/opportunistic posts
Stay current on platform trends and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, and YouTube
Track engagement, sentiment, and community growth metrics
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data and audience behavior
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital content
Strong copywriting and communication skills with a clear brand voice
Experience managing social conversations, comments, and DMs at scale
Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.)
Understanding of major social platforms and how content performs on each
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to have
Experience with real-time engagement or brand community management
Familiarity with basic analytics and social performance metrics
Exposure to trend monitoring, social listening, or sentiment analysis
