Job Description

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day execution and governance of the organisation's social channels. You will drive organic publishing, execute end-to-end paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and public sector reputational standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute paid social media campaigns end-to-end in Meta Ads Manager (including setup, scheduling, in-flight optimisation, and performance reporting)
  • Schedule, publish, and manage organic content across social media channels using enterprise tools, keeping the content calendar up to date
  • Act as a quality gatekeeper for all social content, triaging internal requests, and ensuring absolute consistency in brand, messaging, and compliance
  • Provide guidance to internal business groups, project leads, and community teams regarding channel strategy, tone of voice, and messaging for complex or sensitive issues

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Meta Ads Manager Experience: Proven hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns end-to-end, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting
  • Enterprise Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using social media publishing and monitoring tools (e.g.,Sprout Social, Hootsuite) for high-volume content scheduling
  • Reputation & Governance Savvy: Experience working within strict brand, tone of voice, and governance frameworks, with a sharp eye for detail and an understanding of reputational risk in public-facing channels
  • Stakeholder Management: Outstanding ability to liaise with campaign leads, project teams, and internal clients to refine and adapt content for social platforms
  • Fast-Paced Delivery: Proven capability to manage competing priorities and high-volume scheduling under tight deadlines
