The Social Media & Audience Engagement Manager plans, produces and publishes social-first content across MadeForMums' channels, with a particular focus on short-form vertical video, audience growth and engagement. This role sits at the intersection of social media, content creation and audience development. It leads on producing engaging, platform-appropriate content that supports brand growth, increases audience interaction and turns MadeForMums expertise, contributor input and audience insight into high-performing social output. It's a hands-on role: you'll film, edit and deliver a consistent weekly pipeline — typically around 15 vertical videos and 10 static posts — drawing on in-house video, contributor-led UGC, explainers, memes and other social-first formats, batched and planned in advance wherever possible. You'll also lead the social promotion and audience recruitment behind key brand initiatives, including the MadeForMums Awards and impact-led campaigns, working closely with colleagues across Brand Marketing, Editorial and Content Utility.
