As a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager – EDITED (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the further development and implementation of our influencer and social media strategy. You combine creative intuition with a structured, data-driven mindset and understand how influencer marketing KPIs translate into brand growth, awareness, and commercial impact. With a strong existing network in the fashion and influencer industry, you actively drive collaborations, capsules, and brand moments that shape EDITED’s cultural relevance.
Job Responsibility:
Own, develop and implement EDITED social media and influencer strategy in alignment with the Brand Marketing Team
Plan, execute, and optimize influencer activations across awareness, engagement, and conversion-focused goals
Define, track, and analyze influencer KPIs (reach, engagement rate, CTR, conversion, ROI) and translate insights into actionable recommendations and optimizations
Manage influencer budgets, contracts, and negotiations with a performance-oriented mindset
Conceptualize and execute collaborations, capsule collections, edits, and special projects, balancing creative impactful storytelling with commercial impact
Lead the creation, selection, and curation of content across all relevant social media channels in alignment with the Brand Marketing team
Monitor influencer and social media performance, create regular reports, and apply learnings to continuously improve strategy and execution
Collaborate closely with Design, Buying, and Merchandising teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, product alignment, and successful campaign execution
Requirements:
Degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a comparable field
4+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
Strategic mindset with hands-on experience translating brand goals into effective social and influencer strategies
Proven experience managing and scaling influencer programs across multiple platforms with a performance- and KPI-driven approach
Knowledge of all major social media platforms, communities, and their technical capabilities
Passion for fashion with a strong eye for aesthetics, styling, photography, and trends
Creative, fast-thinking, and confident communicator
Hands-on, collaborative team player
Nice to have:
Ideally having an existing network and contact portfolio with relevant industry players, influencers, or creators
Previous experience within a fashion or lifestyle brand, influencer agency, or the creative industry is a plus
