We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist to join our team in Melville, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the brand's presence across digital and print platforms by producing engaging designs, content, and multimedia assets. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine graphic design, social media management, photography, and video editing to support comprehensive marketing strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
Capture high-quality photos and videos at various locations and events, with occasional travel required
Design and develop marketing assets, including brochures, websites, presentations, and dashboards
Edit multimedia content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut to enhance marketing campaigns
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for content and engagement
Develop innovative concepts, test emerging trends, and experiment with formats to optimize social media performance
Write compelling captions that reflect the brand's voice and adhere to platform-specific best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address marketing needs and ensure consistency across all channels
Analyze performance metrics and utilize insights to refine content strategies
Organize and manage creative assets and maintain an efficient content library for future use
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
1 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, social media, content creation, or similar roles
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
Familiarity with Canva and Figma for design and interface projects
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, or Asana
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
