Job Description:

As a Social Media & Event Activator, you will connect with guests through social media, grow brand awareness, and ensure flawless event execution. You will play a critical role in creating memorable guest experiences both online and in the hotel, taking a hands-on and professional approach to work.

Job Responsibility:

Connect with guests on social channels to create hotel and brand awareness, grow reach, and drive engagement
Serve as a seamless point of contact for guests hosting events in the hotel
Execute events flawlessly to reduce friction from planning and delivery
Use creative content, online conversations, relevant partnerships, and well-executed events to engage guests online and in the hotel
Maintain professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
1-year related work experience
Experience with copywriting, journalism, photo editing, copyediting is preferred
Knowledge and passion for the Lifestyle and travel space is a plus
Strong understanding of strategy pull-through, online marketing initiatives, emerging technologies and social media best practices

Nice to have:
