Randstad is proud to partner with a prominent State Government body to recruit a dedicated Social Media and Digital Campaign Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team focused on providing safe, customer-focused, and integrated transport services across Western Australia.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating digital communication channels and managing the digital customer experience across multiple key brands
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies and digital advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions
  • Developing and implementing a schedule of engaging digital content for various purposes and audiences
  • Managing the moderation of social media platforms, coordinating timely responses, and monitoring audience sentiment
  • Tracking and reporting on website metrics and social media performance, using data to provide recommendations for improvement
  • Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and managing suppliers such as advertising agencies and media partners
  • Ensuring digital activities are delivered on time, on brief, and within the allocated budget

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in developing marketing and communication strategies, including the management and moderation of organizational social media channels
  • Extensive knowledge of managing multiple social media platforms using scheduling and campaign tools, as well as a strong understanding of SEM, SEO, Digital Display, and Google Analytics
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create and edit content for public consumption
  • Proficiency with web-based Content Management Systems (CMS) and design packages
  • Proven capability to use data to evaluate the effectiveness of activities and underpin all deliverables with a strategic focus
