Job Responsibility
Coordinating digital communication channels and managing the digital customer experience across multiple key brands
Developing and implementing social media strategies and digital advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions
Developing and implementing a schedule of engaging digital content for various purposes and audiences
Managing the moderation of social media platforms, coordinating timely responses, and monitoring audience sentiment
Tracking and reporting on website metrics and social media performance, using data to provide recommendations for improvement
Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and managing suppliers such as advertising agencies and media partners
Ensuring digital activities are delivered on time, on brief, and within the allocated budget
Requirements
Substantial experience in developing marketing and communication strategies, including the management and moderation of organizational social media channels
Extensive knowledge of managing multiple social media platforms using scheduling and campaign tools, as well as a strong understanding of SEM, SEO, Digital Display, and Google Analytics
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create and edit content for public consumption
Proficiency with web-based Content Management Systems (CMS) and design packages
Proven capability to use data to evaluate the effectiveness of activities and underpin all deliverables with a strategic focus
