We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media and Content Executive to join our awesome marketing team, to help shape our brand's voice and presence across all digital platforms. This new role is crucial in shaping our brand's voice and presence across all digital platforms, and growing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for creative content, community engagement, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for implementing our social media strategy and tracking results, as well as creating compelling, high-quality content for the brand.
Job Responsibility:
Support the day-to-day management of our social media channels (brand and venues) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Create and schedule engaging and relevant content that reflects our brand's TOV and aesthetic on a daily basis
Contribute to our comprehensive social media strategy tailored to our business objectives
Maintain the brand’s visual storytelling across digital channels
Utilise our taproom accounts to drive footfall to our venues and promote our events calendar
Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and competitor activity
Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Run social media advertising campaigns, track performance, and optimise for results
Analyse social media data and metrics to generate reports and inform future strategies
Produce engaging and creative content for our socials channels including Reels, Stories, video content, photography and additional marketing materials
Maintain a social media and content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content
Work closely with the Creative Director to produce compelling visual assets using design tools
Work closely with external photographers to create content for our social channels and website
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimised for search engines (SEO)
Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather information and develop relevant content
Attend events at our own taprooms and externally to capture live content for our social channels
Liaise with the E-Commerce Manager to produce content needed for our webshop
Support the broader marketing team in executing the wider marketing strategy and campaigns calendar - this includes tasting, activations and brand events
Assist with trade shows and industry events, representing Wiper and True
Help co-ordinate influencer campaigns and outreach
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media best practices
Assist with reporting on overall digital marketing performance
Requirements:
2+ years experience as a Social Media & Content Executive or similar role
A creative eye with excellent content capturing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio to share
Solid knowledge of the Adobe Suite, SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Familiarity with major social media trends and platforms, and their respective advertising tools
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Have an aesthetic eye, instincts for digital relevance and enjoy creating engaging, scroll-stopping content
Nice to have:
Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Shopify, Meta Business
Strong video filming and editing skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and In Design
