At Stake Perú, we are growing fast and looking for a Social Media and Community Intern who lives and breathers digital culture, understands online communities, and wants to grow in the iGaming, sports and streaming industry. If you are passionate about social media, real-time interaction, sports, and engaging with users, and you are looking for a 1 year professional internship this role is for you. As a “Social Media and Community Intern” you will manage and grow Stake Perú's digital communities, ensuring fast, engaging and brand-aligned communication while supporting acquisition and engagement campaigns, always in compliance with iGaming regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage Stake Perú's social media channels (Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, Kick, and others as needed)
Publish content according to the editorial calendar and make operational adjustments when required
Engage with the community by replying to messages, comments, and mentions with good judgement and timing
Moderate conversations to maintain a positive, on-brand environment
Identify and escalate potential reputational risks or sensitive cases
Actively support promotional campaigns, tournaments, and sports events
Support activations with streamers, influencers, and affiliates through realtime interaction and content amplification
Monitor basic social media metrics (engagement, community growth, reach)
Collect user feedback and share insights with the marketing team
Propose simple ideas to improve community interaction and engagement
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both English and Spanish
Intermediate Level (B1/B2): Ability to understand, read, and communicate effectively in English
Current student or recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, or related fields seeking a professional internship
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience and passion in community management or social media roles
Strong interest in digital trends, platform algorithms, and online community building
Expert-level knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook
A "think outside the box" mindset for video hooks and campaign ideas
Nice to have:
Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
