Job Responsibility:
Community Engagement: Serve as the authentic voice of the brand, fostering meaningful conversations and building a positive, connected community across social channels
Cultural & Competitive Intelligence: Act as a brand anthropologist, tracking competitor and category activity to understand trends, messaging, and consumer responses
Content & Insights Contribution: Provide weekly social listening summaries, translating community sentiment and cultural signals into actionable inputs for creative briefs and content priorities
Platform Growth & Optimization: Support the strategic expansion of a key visual content channel, identifying repurposable content and opportunities to grow engagement
Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day execution by assisting with content scheduling and tagging across platforms
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
1-3 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing, preferably within a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand
Strong understanding of major social platforms, including their trends, best practices, and competitive analysis techniques
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage community interactions with empathy and maintain an on-brand tone
Proven experience with social media management and analytics tools
Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing content calendars, reporting, and cross-team collaboration effectively
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment, adept at balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
A genuine passion for building engaged online communities and identifying cultural, user-generated content (UGC), and influencer opportunities
A self-starter mentality, eager to take initiative and drive projects forward
Strong analytical skills, capable of extracting insights from data
Nice to have:
A strong existing understanding of the brand’s identity and product offerings
Previous internship experience in social media or community engagement roles
