This hybrid role is based in Los Angeles and is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, podcasts, and innovative content strategies. This is a contract role until the end of the year. Job Responsibility:
Lead social media efforts for original video podcasts, focusing on short-form storytelling across various platforms
Develop scalable systems to regularly promote the podcast slate, ensuring continuous engagement
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to amplify social promotion efforts
Manage real-time social content capture during podcast production to generate shareable assets
Adapt long-form episodes into engaging short clips tailored for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or audience development with proven multi-channel strategy skills
Strong background in creating or guiding audiovisual content that appeals to diverse online audiences
Highly organized with expertise in managing assets, workflows, and distribution tools
Adept at analyzing data to optimize content performance and refine strategies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams in a fast-paced environment
