Job Description

Social Insights Analyst will play a key role in supporting the delivery of data-driven insights and reporting for clients using our technology platform, Hookit. Hookit tracks social media performance and sponsorship value across the global sports and entertainment ecosystem, helping brands, rights holders, and their partners understand and maximize the value delivered through social channels. This role is responsible for producing reporting and analysis, maintaining data accuracy, generating insights and recommendations and supporting the effective use of the platform across a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with our Consultants to support client delivery, ensuring that insights are delivered efficiently and consistently. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, sports, entertainment and client experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and deliver recurring client reports (monthly, quarterly, campaign and event recaps)
  • Analyze and translate social performance data into actionable insights that demonstrate value between brands, rights holders, and their partners
  • Identify key trends and performance drivers across social content and partnerships to inform client best practices and recommendations
  • Collaborate with Product Operations to configure client dashboards, ensuring platform configurations accurately reflect client agreements and reporting needs
  • Lead onboarding sessions by walking clients through core platform features and capabilities, and serve as a go-to resource for on-going platform questions and best practices
  • Partner with Consultants to provide day-to-day support for 10 to 15 clients
  • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
  • Ensure consistency in how social performance data is structured, tracked, and reported across clients

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in data analytics, social and/or digital marketing experience
  • Experience with social media, digital performance metrics, or sponsorship analytic platforms is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in sports, entertainment, or brand marketing preferred
  • Experience supporting client deliverables or working in a client-facing environment is a plus
  • Ability to identify notable trends and patterns in data
