Mission of the Role: The Social and Influencer Marketing Intern will support Curology and agency’s brand presence by contributing to the execution of social and influencer marketing initiatives as well as a defining summer project delivering real business impact. Success in this role requires a true team player who can move quickly while applying sound judgment to prioritize tasks, learn from performance data, and find better ways to deliver. Responsibilities and Impact Areas: Social Support content scheduling and publishing, including cross-posting and maintaining a real-time content calendar. Research and surface trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments to inform content ideation. Shoot and capture real-time content for organic social use (events, cultural moments, day-in-the-life formats). Assist in the development and execution of social content for product and campaign launches, including performance reporting. Support community management efforts by monitoring comments and identifying audience signals. Support social analytics tracking and surfacing insights to inform content decisions. Influencer Identify and build lists of potential influencers and content creators to align with brand values. Conduct audits of influencer trends in the skincare and beauty category. Support the execution of influencer campaigns, including managing deliverables and performance metrics. Maintain detailed influencer trackers to ensure real-time accuracy. Create and distribute influencer briefs outlining campaign details. Monitor and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights. Utilize tools like Sprout Influencer for creator discovery and reporting. Requirements Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled as a college junior or senior, preferably in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A passion for skincare and beauty products. Demonstrated interest in social media and influencer marketing. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Clear written communication skills for summarizing findings. Outstanding project management skills. Familiarity with AI tools through coursework or projects. Location: Remote – United States Work Schedule: Expected internship duration is June 15 – August 7 (approx. 8 weeks), 20 hours (2.5 days) per week. Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $25.00 per hour.
