JRT is seeking an experienced Social Influencer Marketing/Content Specialist who will play a pivotal role in the oversight of a team of highly skilled automotive-centric social influencers/storytellers. This client-facing position demands strong interpersonal skills (the ability to make conversation with everyone and anyone), strong project management and organizational skills, creativity, sound judgment and a deep passion for original digital content creation in the automotive sector.
Job Responsibility:
Cultivate and manage relationships with automotive social influencers
Review influencer applications and conduct interviews for brand alignment
Ideate and collaborate with a variety of personalities to assist in the creation of the most compelling content possible
Develop and implement influencer campaign strategies for optimal brand impact
Track, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics
Attend occasional events to support influencers and represent the brand
Assist in curating and posting engaging content on an automotive enthusiast website
Maintain content quality and consistency aligning with brand guidelines
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling digital content
Assist the social media manager in content creation and campaign execution
Monitor social media trends and performance metrics for optimization
Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms
Coordinate with account, creative and technical teams for successful campaign execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
2-4 years of proven experience in social media management, influencer relations, content management or project management
Familiarity with CMS platforms, digital analytics tools and social media scheduling software
Exceptional organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Outgoing personality that thrives on building relationships
Proven ability to interact well with executive-level clients with comfort in presenting findings and recommendations on overall program progress and status
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
