Job Description:

This role is part of the Living Progress team, responsible for advancing HPE’s sustainable business strategy. The position involves managing CSR programs, partnerships, and budgets while collaborating cross-functionally and monitoring social impact metrics in India.

Job Responsibility:

  • support the design, execution, and monitoring of HPE India’s CSR programs and partnerships
  • conduct field and desk research to inform program strategy and decision-making
  • coordinate with NGOs, community organizations, and local partners
  • track key metrics and prepare reports, dashboards, and case studies
  • assist with CSR portfolio, including due diligence, process management, and follow up
  • track project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines and compliance
  • facilitate opportunities for employee volunteering and engagement in social impact initiatives
  • support internal and external communications to build brand awareness while amplifying impact stories, initiatives, and milestones
  • collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and leaders
  • stay updated on sector trends and policies

Requirements:

  • ~5 years of experience in CSR program management, finance, compliance, non-profit work, or mission-aligned sectors
  • familiarity with CSR laws, key government schemes, and development sector themes
  • strong communication and project management skills
  • comfortable with spreadsheets, financial analysis, data analysis, and reporting
  • proactive, empathetic, and culturally aware
  • excellent verbal and written skills for internal and external stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • experience working in India’s social sector, CSR, or on grassroots programs
  • knowledge of CSR budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • familiarity with impact measurement frameworks (e.g., Theory of Change, SDGs, ESG)
