Job Description:

Our client is a top 200 law firm, looking for Housing Solicitor/ Supervisor to join their office in London.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a caseload of all aspects of social housing including Homelessness, Disrepair
Eviction, Possession, Property Ownership Disputes, Succession for Tenants, and Neighbourhood Problems matters
Undertaking own advocacy
Attending to clients
Reporting directly to Department Director
Supervising junior members of team

Requirements:

A qualified Solicitor with experience in Social Housing (ideally 3 years PQE plus)
Previous supervisory experience
Advocacy experience
Excellent networking skills
Excellent IT and communication skills
