Job Responsibility:
Handling housing cases involving homelessness, disrepair, possession, and neighbour disputes
Representing clients at all levels of court, including the Higher Courts
Supervising and supporting trainees and caseworkers
Conducting your own advocacy and participating in the Housing Court Duty Scheme
Ensuring accurate time recording, file management, and compliance with legal standards
Requirements:
A valid Practising Certificate
Solid experience in housing law, including legal aid and private client matters
The ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
Strong advocacy, communication, and client care skills
A proactive and professional approach to your work
Excellent organisational and analytical skills
