This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked team, advising Registered Providers on a broad range of housing and asset management matters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting for social landlords on possession, injunction, ASB, and leasehold matters
  • Advising on policy, governance, and regulatory compliance
  • Providing advocacy in the County Court
  • Supporting legislative updates, ombudsman complaints, and public law issues
  • Supervising junior staff and contributing to business development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ PQE with strong social housing litigation experience
  • Excellent advocacy and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a solution-focused mindset
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior colleagues
  • A commitment to client care and the firm’s social values
