A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
Experience working in education, youth work, care, mental health, psychology, social work, or related fields is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibility

Provide emotional and behavioural support to pupils with a range of mental health and wellbeing needs
Build positive and trusting relationships with students to promote engagement and confidence
