Known for crafting exceptional spirits that celebrate tradition, quality, and innovation, the business is now looking for a Social Content Manager to set the long-term social media strategy, building audience engagement and amplifying brand impact.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement a long-term social media strategy that defines the brand’s voice, positions it within the market, and drives sustainable audience growth
Identify key target audiences and ensure all content and campaigns are designed to reach and engage them effectively
Plan and manage the social media calendar, aligning content with brand campaigns, drinks-based events, festivals, and key industry dates
Create compelling written content, including captions, copywriting, and website copy, that resonates with audiences and supports brand objectives
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure campaigns are coordinated and optimised for brand visibility
Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry experts to amplify reach and credibility
Monitor and analyse performance metrics to continually refine strategy and maximise engagement
Support new product launches and innovations with engaging social storytelling that resonates with the audience
Requirements:
Experience in a luxury FMCG environment, ideally whisky/spirits or high-end consumer goods
A proven social media strategist with experience setting long-term plans that build audiences and drive engagement
Strong copywriting skills and a creative mindset
photography or video skills are a plus but not essential
Data-informed and analytical: able to identify the right audience, track performance, and adjust strategy to deliver results
Confident in following trends, prioritising engagement, and shaping how a brand communicates online
Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about premium spirits or FMCG brands
