Princess Polly is searching for a strategic, creative, and platform-obsessed Social Content Lead to drive global channel growth through innovation, hands-on leadership, and flawless execution of our social strategy as set by the Social Media Director. In this role, you’ll help lead the daily operations of our Social team, oversee and guide our global content creators, and champion forward-thinking ideas that elevate performance across organic and paid channels to make a meaningful impact on millions of social-first customers worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute global social strategies in partnership with the Social Media Director
  • Support the day-to-day management of our internal content creators
  • Translate insights and platform trends into actionable plans with a focus on growth and engagement
  • Create high-performing content for both organic and paid channels, with strong instincts for hooks, pacing, aesthetics, and platform-first storytelling
  • Lead weekly social team content shoot days ensuring high quality content is delivered and the schedule is maximised
  • Partner with relevant departments including Performance, Creative and PR to support campaigns, creative needs, and testing strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy
  • A proven track record of executing social strategies and driving channel growth
  • Strong experience producing and editing short-form social video content
  • High-level reporting skills and comfort with social analytics and insights
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Meta tools, and emerging platforms
  • Excellent communication, organization, multitasking and leadership skills
  • A passion for testing, iterating, and pushing creative boundaries
