Job Description:

TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) have partnered with a leading organisation to hire Social Care Workers based in a number of residential houses in Charleville, Co. Cork for agency work. These roles have different shifts available in each house, so whether you are looking for part time or full-time work – we have you covered. As an agency worker with TTM, you will enjoy greater flexibility, extensive upskilling opportunities and paths for career progression.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing care and support to service users based on their individual needs and preferences
  • Assisting with basic skills such as feeding, washing, dressing
  • Encouraging and supporting service users to engage in their preferred activities
  • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and family members to ensure the highest level of care is provided
  • Demonstrating empathy and compassion towards others

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a level 7 or 8 degree in Social Care
  • At least 3 months social care experience
  • Full driving license and access to own car is desirable is essential
  • Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction
  • All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting
  • Candidates who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months over the age of 16 will be required to produce International Police Clearance
