  • To work as part of a care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care
  • To promote teamwork, carry out administrative duties as required and to perform key working roles when selected to do so / required
  • To take part in the company’s Performance Development Plan through full participation in the biannual assessment and appraisals

Requirements

  • Level 7 or 8 in applied Social Studies or Similar field
  • Car and full Licence
  • 1-year Residential experience
  • Full Flexibility to work a residential roster

  • Responsible for the effective delivery and day-to-day running of the Orchard Residential Care home, within the framework of Orchard Residential Care policies and procedures, and statutory regulations
  • Lead and support the Social Care team to deliver a high-quality service that promotes young people’s safety, well-being, and development
